The Fountains at McNary, usually called "Fountain Court", is located at the heart of McNary Estates.

Comprised of thirty-three homes (15 duplexes and 3 single family dwellings) it is situated on a single street, surrounded on three sides by McNary Golf Course (holes # 8, 15, & 16). Every Ernie Fish designed and built home, constructed between 1989 & 1991, has a golf course view.

Considered one of the most desirable locations at McNary Estates, the residents have a great sense of pride and community spirit. A number of activities designed to enhance the look of the street and encourage the spirit of neighborliness, has long been a tradition at The Fountains.
