About Us
As a Planned Unit Development located within the City of Keizer in the Mid-Willamette Valley of Oregon, McNary Estates is governed by Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and an Architectural Manual. These documents assist all homeowners in maintaining a community that is attractive, livable, and prestigious.
There are five sub-associations within McNary Estates that feature attached townhomes and smaller patio homes.
Our HOA Board meets the 1st Thursday of each month in the McNary Golf Clubhouse meeting room. The meetings are open to McNary homeowners with time allotted at the end for homeowner input and questions.
McNary Estates is served by the Salem-Keizer School District and is within walking distance of both Keizer Elementary School and McNary High School.
